I've known Brandon nearly seven years dating back to when I was in the final stage of doing my due diligence prior to becoming an active real estate investor.

From what I've experienced elsewhere, the majority of my real estate investments have oftentimes been a headache logistically with payments being late, the incorrect amount, or going to the wrong account. When managing a large number of them, these consistent occurrences have proven to take a lot of time to get corrected.

None of this is the case with Brandon and his team though.

Approximately one week into a new quarter, his team promptly informs investors of the correct quarterly amount that'll be deposited to their accounts. In my case with him, this would be going to a self directed retirement account, which seemingly always takes more time than you'd think it should to process deposits. With Brandon and his team though, you can expect to see the correct deposit no later than the following business day.

This may not seem like much. It's unfortunately such a rarity though, I view this as yet another example of Brandon and his team running a highly successful and functional business that not only delivers results, but makes all aspects of the investment experience a positive one that's as seamless as possible for investors.
