I had always wanted to invest in real estate but didn’t know how. It always seemed out of reach for me. I had read books, and taken courses, but was afraid to jump in. Then less than a year ago I was referred to a real estate investment group. I was still apprehensive to put my trust in them, but after many conversations, e-mails, phone texts, and a great plan from Mr. Rooks, it now seemed possible. He was very patient with me, always answered me quickly, and reassured me “it’s ok, I’m here for you.” And he was and still is. After asking me about my goals for the future, he put a plan together for me mixed with land and real estate.
I can now say my fear has turned to excitement. At this time, I now own several parcels of land, and two pieces of real estate, and have signed a contract for a third. I am reaching my goals for financial security much sooner than I ever thought could be accomplished. I feel I have a great relationship with Mr. Rooks. He’s not only an advisor, but he’s also a friend. Now, when he sends over a property for me to look at, it’s not fear anymore, there is trust in what he is telling me.
I am so happy I found you in this group. The service you provide helps people to achieve their goals and dreams. Instead of saying, “I can’t do this,” I now say, “Wow, I’m doing this”!!

I recently re-connected with Brandon Rooks, who was a shipmate of mine from my time in the Navy. Through Facebook, he told me that he was going to be in the D.C. Metro area.
