We have several rental properties in the local area, but we never thought about buying properties thousands of miles away. However, our rental properties do not perform so well. We only have about $100-$200 positive cash flows. When IPC came to us, they provided properties in a great neighborhood, higher than our current cash flow and lower purchase price. That’s exactly what we were looking for, but we couldn’t find someone we trusted to move on.

The property management companies they use in Indy and KC are great. They have taken care of my home. I had an issue with one home in Indi (a 2nd-floor water pipe in the wall breaking in the middle of the night). The property management company immediately went out to fix it, they called my home warranty company for me to cover the damages, called me with updates and sent me pictures of the damage, and even sent the tenant a $50 gift card to Applebee’s (on property manager's dime) to say thanks to the tenant for his patience during the whole episode. They have done a great job managing all my Indy properties.
