1995 - 2002, Don Galloway, then the leading homebuilder in CLT, Tim as VP- Sales and Land Acquisition took the company from 300 homes annually to 900 units making “Builder of the year in 1999 in CLT.”

2002 - 2019, Ryan Homes recruited Tim to serve as GM of Land Acquisition to expand the company’s market in CLT. Ryan Homes grew from selling and closing 400 homes to 1,500 homes annually.

In fact, the company grew so quickly that it was split into four divisions within the Charlotte region. Tim was responsible for Land Acquisition for all divisions. He established the land department. He recruited and trained the land-acquisition team. In 2005, he became Market Land Manager and in 2010 took on his last role as Regional Land Market Manager until 2019. 2019, Tim started advising to BRD Land & Investment & was subsequently made a Co-Founder & Senior Partner in 2020.
