Brandon entered the US Navy in 86’ out of high school and served as an electronic warfare technician/operator as an anti-ship missile defense operator & warfare advisor to Ship’s Officers.
He was deployed to the Persian Gulf (Middle East) 3 times and operated under combat conditions during oil tanker escorts & the Desert Storm War. During Brandon’s 6 years of service, he traveled the world, and was awarded several commendations such as: The National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Humanitarian Medal, Good Conduct Medal & the Naval Battle “E” Award (a ship must win 4 of the 6 Command Excellence awards).

Mr. Jarvis is a Senior Partner and co-founder of BRD Land & Investment and
is responsible for oversight of company operations, capital raising (in
conjunction with the Rockstar Capital Group), and legal interfacing.
Located in New Zealand, Mr. Jarvis is a seasoned business veteran with
nearly 40 years of experience.
Mr. Jarvis spent 20 years owning and operating a successful construction
company with nearly 120 staff members. Over that period, the company went
on to complete over $40m of commercial and residential projects.
After 2013, Mr. Jarvis sought a new challenge and began researching markets
in the Southeastern United States in search for build-for-rent communities. Mr.
Jarvis would meet Mr. Burrell that same year and they would go on to form a
partnership where they have built and sold over 1,000 homes.

Mr. Burrell is a Senior Partner & Co-Founder of BRD Land & Investment. Mr. Burrell oversees & manages the day to day organization operations of the BTR (Build To Rent) Divisions of Buller River & Estero Developments Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Mr. Burrell has been in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years, of which he spent 15 years owning and operating a successful mortgage business.
Mr. Burrell reinvented his business vision following the recession, focused on turnkey “fix-and-flips” specializing in selling properties directly to investors as income-producing rental investments.
Headquartered in Charlotte, the business also had offices in Sarasota, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Samuels is a Senior Partner and co-founder of BRD Land & Investment and is responsible for the identification, qualification, and acquisition of land suitable for residential communities.

She is involved in her community and is on the Board of Directors for Interfaith Community Services, a nonprofit that focuses on reducing homelessness in San Diego County. She lives in Escondido with her husband and son and enjoys hiking, traveling and yoga. She also has a passion for aviation and has earned her Private Pilot Certificate.

Dylan Rooks serves as the Client Relations Manager for the Rockstar Capital Group bringing the values, morals, ethics & standards along with him that have been instilled in him by his Father Brandon Rooks who many know to be the hardest working, most responsive & client caring Operator that most any investor has ever dealt with.
