Mr. Jarvis holds a degree in Construction Law from Auckland University Campus that includes expertise in areas of cost, feasibility, management, and appraisals.

It was in 2014 that Mr. Jarvis, Mr. Burrell & Mr. Rooks formed a Strategic Partnership, where Mr. Rooks pre-sold the new construction homes in multiple SE markets and became the primary capital raising Partner that led to the growth of Buller River & Estero Developments in the Southeast.

Subsequently as operations grew, it led into the formation and growth of BRD Land & Investment, which is quickly becoming one of the largest land development operations in the Carolina markets with eyes on the entire Southeast Region.
