Around 2013, Mr. Burrell and Mr. Jarvis formed a business partnership focusing on expanding the build-for-rent portfolio across the Southeastern United States where they have since sold over 1,000 new construction homes.

It was in 2014 that Mr. Jarvis, Mr. Burrell & Mr. Rooks formed a Strategic Partnership, where Mr. Rooks pre-sold the new construction homes in multiple

SE markets and became the primary capital raising Partner that led to the growth of Buller River & Estero Developments in the Southeast. Subsequently

as operations grew, it led into the formation and growth of BRD Land and Investment, which is quickly becoming one of the largest land development operations in the Carolina markets with eyes on the entire Southeast Region.
