  • Rejuvenated a struggling homebuilding division which in 1997 was losing over $250,000 annually by building an outstanding team, procuring exceptional land positions and creating innovative marketing programs to enhance all sales opportunities resulting in profits of $750,000 in 18 months.

  • Catapulted sales volume to 1st or 2nd in Charleston market for 12 straight years.

  • Developed innovative bonus programs for sales personnel, construction superintendants and senior managers which resulted in increased sales, profitability, reduced construction costs and cycle times.
  • Revolutionized company’s entry level housing product line by integrating efficient design with streamlined construction components. Charleston’s American Dream Series of homes outsold all competitors and generated record profits for the division.

  • Designed numerous residential, commercial and industrial site plans
  • On-site engineer on large industrial demolition and redevelopment project of a former Federal army ammunitions plant for the City & Township of Burlington, NJ.
  • Supervised all development activities for our largest client, US Home, in southern NJ. This included bond releases of projects that had been completed for years but never had bonds released.
